1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Videowood AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and any other persons who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Videowood AI is a subscription-based SaaS platform that provides users with access to state-of-the-art artificial intelligence models for the generation of images, videos, and audio. The Service aggregates third-party AI APIs and makes them accessible through a unified, credit-based system. Videowood AI does not own or operate the underlying AI models.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Videowood AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

4. Credits System

Access to generation features is governed by a credit system. Credits are allocated upon activation of a subscription plan and, where stated, never expire as long as your account remains active. Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value. Videowood AI reserves the right to adjust credit costs for specific operations at any time, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

5. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:

• Illegal or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Sexually explicit involving minors in any form (CSAM) — subject to immediate permanent ban and reporting to law enforcement
• Hateful, violent, or inciting discrimination
• Designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
• Non-consensual depictions of real, identifiable individuals
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of third parties

Violation of these policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Videowood AI grants you a non-exclusive right to use the content generated through the Service for personal and commercial purposes. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit as input (e.g., reference images). Videowood AI does not claim ownership of your generated outputs but retains the right to use anonymized generation data to improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Videowood AI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. The quality of AI-generated outputs depends on third-party model providers and may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videowood AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under one condition: you have not used any credits since your purchase. If you purchased a subscription or a credit pack and have not generated anything yet, you are eligible for a full refund. Simply contact us.

Once any credits have been consumed, the purchase is considered used and is no longer refundable.

If a generation fails due to a verified technical error on our end and credits were deducted without a successful result, we will restore the equivalent credits to your account.

To request a refund, email videowood.llc@gmail.com with your registered email and the date of purchase. We respond within 3 business days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
