• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and device identifiers, collected automatically through cookies and server logs.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process subscriptions and credit transactions

4. AI Generation & Prompts

Text prompts and input media you submit may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers (including but not limited to FAL.ai) to fulfill your generation request. These providers operate under their own privacy policies. We recommend you do not submit sensitive personal information in your prompts. Videowood AI retains a record of your generation history in our secure database to power your personal gallery and credit system.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to manage authentication sessions and preferences. We may use analytics tools (such as PostHog or Plausible) to understand aggregate usage patterns without tracking individuals. You may disable non-essential cookies from your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. Generation history is retained to support your personal gallery. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting videowood.llc@gmail.com.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights
