Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about AI video and image generation. Can't find what you need? Email us.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the virtual currency used to pay for AI generations on VideoWood AI. Each model costs a different number of credits per generation. For example, generating an image with Flux Dev costs 2 credits, while a 5-second video with Kling 3.0 Pro costs significantly more. Credits are allocated when you subscribe and are deducted automatically before each generation is processed.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits allocated through your subscription plan never expire as long as your account remains active. This is one of the key differences between VideoWood AI and other platforms — we believe you should use your credits at your own pace, not under artificial monthly pressure.
Can I generate NSFW content?
Adult and explicit content is currently not supported on the platform. Our content moderation policies strictly prohibit illegal content, content involving minors, and depictions of real individuals without their consent. Accounts found violating these policies will be permanently terminated without refund.
Why did my generation fail and were my credits refunded?
If a generation fails due to a server error or a timeout from the AI model provider, your credits are automatically refunded to your account balance. You can verify your current balance at any time from your dashboard. If you believe a credit was not properly refunded, contact us at videowood.llc@gmail.com.
What AI models are available for video generation?
VideoWood AI offers access to 14+ frontier AI models. For video, you can use Kling 3.0 Pro and Turbo, Wan 2.7 and 2.5, and more. For images, models include Flux Pro, Flux Dev, Seedream 5.0, Nano Banana 2, and Nano Banana Pro. New models are added regularly.
What is the difference between image and video models?
Image models (like Flux Pro or Nano Banana Pro) generate a single static image from a text prompt. Video models (like Kling 3.0 or Wan 2.7) generate a short animated video clip, typically 3–10 seconds. Video generation is significantly more computationally intensive and therefore costs more credits per generation.
Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes. Subject to our Terms of Service, you retain the right to use your generated content for both personal and commercial purposes, including marketing, social media, advertising, and product development. You are responsible for ensuring any content you generate does not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
How much does VideoWood AI cost?
VideoWood AI offers three subscription plans: Starter at $9/month (billed annually) with 600 credits, Creator at $24/month (billed annually) with 1,800 credits, and Ultimate starting at $49/month (billed annually) with 4,500+ credits. One-time credit packs are also available. All plans include access to every AI model.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date. Cancellation does not delete your account or your generation history.
Is there an API for developers?
Yes! API access is available on the Pro plan and above. You can use our API to integrate VideoWood AI into your own applications and workflows. Visit the API Reference page for endpoint documentation and authentication details.
